A book of comfort food.
Inspiring the television series of the same name, this has become one of my most popular books. I simply think of it as a collection of rather lovely recipes for ingredients of which I am especially fond, such as garlic, potatoes, bread, chocolate and ice cream. It is a book of comfort food really, and has sexy photographs too. The chocolate espresso cake has become much loved.
